Our 90-Day Calm Guarantee
We offer a 90-day home trial so you can properly see whether the SettledPaws Compression Wrap is right for your dog.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return the wrap within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Return shipping is covered by us
Original outbound shipping is non-refundable
This guarantee is designed to let your dog try the wrap in real-life conditions, as intended
Return Eligibility
Because this is a home trial, the wrap may be tried on and worn by your dog.
To be eligible for a return, the wrap must be returned in reasonable, hygienic condition, with no excessive damage.
Returns are accepted provided that:
The wrap is free from excessive chewing, tearing, or structural damage
There is no heavy soiling (mud, faeces, strong odours)
The product has not been misused or worn outdoors in dirty conditions
Normal signs of trial wear are expected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are clearly abused or unsanitary.
How to Return Your Order
Contact us at team@havenfibre.com within 90 days of delivery
Include your order number and a brief reason for the return
We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label
Once received, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Before returning, feel free to contact us — in some cases we may be able to offer a replacement size, alternative solution, or partial refund without requiring a return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your wrap arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at team@settledpaws.com within 14 days of delivery.

A clear photo of the issue
We’ll send a free replacement immediately, at no cost to you — no return required.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
You’ll receive an email confirming receipt
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note: it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer automated exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour:
You may return your original order for a refund and place a new order
Or contact us at team@settledpaws.com — in some cases we can arrange a replacement without requiring a full return
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
Items showing excessive damage, chewing, or tearing
Wraps returned in an unsanitary condition
Damage caused by improper use or care after delivery
