We ship globally with reliable tracked delivery. Estimated shipping times:

- Other countires: 7–14 business days
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We offer a 90-day calm guarantee so you can properly see whether the SettledPaws Compression Wrap is right for your dog.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return the wrap within 90 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The wrap can be tried on and worn during this period, as intended.
Returns are accepted as long as the wrap is returned in reasonable, hygienic condition, without excessive damage or misuse.
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number. One of our specialists will personally assist you through every step of the return process to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.

If you decide to return your order within the 90-day trial period, we’ll provide return instructions and take care of the return shipping cost. Our goal is to let you try the wrap without pressure or risk.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll send a free replacement at no cost to you — no return required.
